Biographical Information

Pitcher Rocky Gainer pitched in the minor leagues in 1979 and 1981. He had a 9.00 ERA in two innings for the Newark Co-Pilots the initial campaign and was 0-2 with a 5.73 mark in 17 games (three starts) between the Batavia Trojans and Utica Blue Sox in 1981.

He died June 4, 2011 at the age of 54.
