Rigoberto Blanco Diaz
Rigoberto Blanco never played in the Cuban Serie Nacional but spent seven seasons managing La Habana, the most of anyone in franchise history. He was 297-255 in the regular season and 4-12 in the postseason. His managerial reigns were 1994-1995 through 1996-1997 and 2000-2001 through 2003-2004. He managed Saim Rho to a 6-48 finish in the 2004 Serie A1 in Italy.
