Biographical Information[edit]
Paul Edmondson was drafted from the-then San Fernando Valley State College in the 21st round (419th overall) of the 1965 amateur draft. Edmondson would throw a complete game two-hitter against the California Angels in a 9-1 win for his debut on June 20, 1969. Edmondson appeared in 14 games for the Chicago White Sox in 1969 and figured to be a part of their rotation in 1970. However, he and his girlfriend were killed in a car accident on their way to spring training.
