Pablo Alberto Civil Espinoza

Outfielder Pablo Alberto Civil played for 14 seasons in the Cuban Serie Nacional, hitting .284/.385/.286 and fielding .975. He was appointed manager for Las Tunas for 2010-2011, replacing Ermidelio Urrutia. He was the only rookie skipper in the circuit. He was 43-47 in his one season, then was replaced by Juan Miguel Gordo. He retook charge (again replacing Urrutia) for 2017-2018 and guided the team into the finals.
