Biographical Information[edit]

Marc Hall pitched three years in the major leagues, coming up in 1910 and then coming back in 1913-14.

In 1910 he went 1-7 for the last-place 1910 St. Louis Browns. In 1913-14 his ERA was both times better than the team ERA, although his winning percentage was under .500.

In between his two major league stints, he pitched for Omaha, whose pitching staff was called (by a Sporting Life writer) as "the smoothest pitching corps in any minor league in the country".

He died young at age 27.
