Biographical Information[edit]

Kevin Bradshaw played four years in the Detroit Tigers minor league system, reaching AAA before his career was ended by a torn achilles tendon in 1989. The following year he joined the professional coaching ranks. Bradshaw coached and managed in the Tigers organization from 1990 through 2014. In addition to the managing gigs noted below, Bradshaw coached the London Tigers in 1990, Bristol Tigers in 1991, the Toledo Mud Hens in 1992, and the Lakeland Tigers in 1993. In 1994 he started the season as the Trenton Thunder hitting coach before moving to Bristol to manage that team. After 14 years of managing, Bradshaw took on the role of minor league infield coordinator from 2008-2010. He switched to minor league field coordinator for the 2011-2012 seasons before returning to the infield coordinator position in 2013-2014. In addition to working with the Tigers, Bradshaw managed the 2007 North Shore Honu in the Hawaii Winter League and the 2009 Peoria Javelinas in the Arizona Fall League.

Bradshaw moved to the Baltimore Orioles organization in 2015 as their minor league infield coordinator. He started the 2016 season as a field coach for the GCL Orioles before replacing Luis Pujols as manager of the Aberdeen IronBirds on June 30th. He returned to Aberdeen in 2017 and started 2018 with the team until suffering an injury which sidelined him for the remainder of the season. The Orioles named Kyle Moore as his replacement. Bradshaw again managed the IronBirds in 2019 and was slated to do so again in 2020 before COVID-19 shut down the minor league season. Bradshaw managed a final year in the Orioles system in 2021 with the FCL Orioles Black team.

In 2022 the Philadelphia Phillies hired Bradshaw to work as their minor league field coordinator. He returned to the Phillies in this role in 2023.
