Biographical Information[edit]
Jun-woo Jeon has been an outfielder in the Korea Baseball Organization.
Jeon debuted with the Lotte Giants in 2008 and was overmatched, going 3 for 30 with 3 doubles and 5 walks. He went 19 for 59 with 3 doubles, 2 home runs and 5 walks in 2009. He improved significantly in 2010, hitting .289/.413/.454 with 19 home runs and 16 steals (in 23 tries). Becoming a full-time player in 2011, he batted .301/.366/.451 with a league-high 38 doubles and 97 runs, though his home run total fell to 11. He also was 8th in steals (23 in 32 tries), 4th in hits (162, between Hyung-woo Choi and Dong-woo Kang) and tied for third with 5 triples (even with Ah-seop Son, Dae-hyung Lee and Jong-wook Lee). He lost Gold Glove honors at CF to Yong-kyu Lee but did make it to the All-Star Game.
