Biographical Information[edit]
Jimmy Davis played in the Brooklyn Dodgers minor league system from 1953 to 1957.
Perhaps his best season was 1955, when he hit .298 with 22 doubles and 155 hits in 131 games between the Hornell Dodgers and Bakersfield Indians. The year before, he hit .302 in 106 at-bats and the year after, he hit .345 in 87 at-bats. Overall, he hit .273 with 356 hits in 329 games.
