Jeff Ball played two games with the San Francisco Giants in 1998, recording a single off the Colorado Rockies' Bobby M. Jones in his final plate appearance. He also had a brief stint with the Hiroshima Toyo Carp at the beginning of the 2000 Nippon Professional Baseball season.
