Biographical Information

Outfielder/third baseman played in the minor leagues from 1955 to 1962 and in 1967, batting .265 with 427 hits in nine seasons. Perhaps his best season was 1959, when he hit .305/.388/.444 with 10 home runs and 54 RBI in 117 games for the Missoula Timberjacks. He also managed the Bluefield Orioles in 1969 and the Orlando Twins in 1970 and 1971.
