TOLEDO, Ohio – Seaman Rob Gilmore, Leading Seaman aboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Neah Bay, homeported in Cleveland, and a native of Fredericksburg, Va., throws out a ceremonial first pitch before a game between the Toledo Mudhens and the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees at Fifth Third Field, here, July 14, 2011. The cutter’s crew was honored during a pregame ceremony for the work they do as part of Coast Guard operations throughout the Great Lakes, year-round.
