Duniel Ibarra is a Cuban pitcher.

Ibarra set a Cuban record with 45 games pitched in 2000-2001 when he was a rookie and 20 years old; the record lasted one year before Orestes Gonzalez broke it. In 2007-2008, the Cienfuegos reliever was 2-2 with 2 saves and a 3.82 ERA in 22 games. Through that season, his 8th, he was 10-23 with 24 saves and a 4.92 ERA in 244 career outings.

In 2008-2009, Ibarra went 3-3 with six saves and a 4.25 ERA. He was 7th in the league with 31 games pitched. During 2009-2010, Duniel's record was 4-1 with 14 saves and a 1.98 ERA in 37 games. He tied Osmani Tamayo for the most appearances and tied Alberto Soto for second in saves, 2 back of leader Yohandri Portal.
