DSL Devil Rays

The DSL Devil Rays began play in the Dominican Summer League in 1997 as the Tampa Bay Devil Rays' lowest farm club (the Rays had a combined DSL club with the Angels, the DSL Devil Rays/Angels, in 1996). That 1997 team included Yurendell de Caster. Manny Castillo managed the club for four years.

After a five year absence, the team returned in 2007. They were replaced by the DSL Rays in 2008.
