Biographical Information[edit]

Cliff Raphael was 0-1 for Guam in the 2003 Oceania Championship; in five innings, he allowed five hits, four walks and ten runs (two earned). While he led the event in runs allowed, he was third on Guam in ERA behind Kin Fernandez and Roke Alcantara Jr. He later played softball in Guam and served in the Guam Air National Guard.
