Pitcher Christian MacLeod was taken by the Minnesota Twins in the 5th round of the 2021 amateur draft; his signing bonus was $500,000. He made a single relief appearance for the FCL Twins that year, with every out being a strikeout—he had 5 Ks in 1 2/3 innings. He began 2022 on the 60-day injured list.
