Biographical Information[edit]
Chris Smeeton pitched for Team Canada in 1990-1991. He was in the 1990 Goodwill Games. He went 0-3 with a 5.06 ERA with no strikeouts and one walk in 16 innings in the 1990 Baseball World Cup; David Krug was the only Canadian hurler with a lower ERA. He had a 0-1, 3.12 record in the 1991 World Port Tournament and tied José Ibar for the tourney in starts (3). His loss came to Havana. In the 1991 Pan American Games, he went 1-0 with a 1.13 ERA for a team that was otherwise 0-7.
