2012 East Asian Baseball Cup
The 2012 East Asian Cup was the first East Asian Cup. It was held in Pathum Thani, Thailand from September 19 to September 23, 2012.
Philippines won the title, going 4-0 with a 34-2 run differential, They had close 3-1 wins over the second- and third- place teams.
Thailand went 3-1, outscoring opponents by an even larger margin than the Philippines, 42-4.
Hong Kong was third at 2-2 with a 27-5 run differential, losing 3-1 to the Philippines and 2-1 to Thailand but crushing their other two opponents.
Singapore was fourth at 1-3, outscored 19-41.
