Professional Baseball[edit]
Nihon Undo Kyokai (Japan Exercise Society), commonly known as the Shibaura Association, is founded as the country's first professional baseball club, in Shibaura, Tokyo. The club tours Korea and Manchuria. The Ogoto Baseball Club is formed by the Osaka Mainichi Shimbun.
High School Baseball[edit]
The 6th National High School Baseball Championship featured a total of 157 schools competing for 15 spots in the finals at Koshien. In the championship game Kwansei Gakuin University High School (Hyogo) defeated Keio High School (Tokyo) by a score of 17 - 0.
University Baseball[edit]
Kokugakuin University forms a baseball club.
International Baseball[edit]
The Herb Hunter All-Stars toured Japan in 1920. The touring team went 20 - 0 - 0 against Japanese competition.
